HarbourView Equity Partners has acquired the compositions and recordings for the full catalog of works released prior to 2024 from Stefflon Don.
The deal covers both publishing and recorded music rights from the British rapper and singer, whose catalog includes 16 Shots, Hurtin’ Me, Boasty, Senseless, and Can’t Let You Go.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Stefflon Don – real name Stephanie Victoria Allen – was born in Birmingham and is of Jamaican descent.
She rose to prominence with Hurtin’ Me, featuring French Montana, which peaked at No.7 on the UK Singles Chart in 2017.
Her 2018 mixtape Secure featured production from DJ Khaled and DJ Esco, among others, and she has collaborated with the likes of Drake, Mariah Carey, and Nile Rodgers across her career.
According to Luminate data cited by Billboard, Stefflon Don‘s catalog has accumulated 673 million on-demand official streams in the US through May 14.

Looking ahead, Stefflon Don is set to release three singles and what the press release describes as a slate of international collaborations spanning hip-hop, dance, and dancehall.
Those forthcoming releases include a collaboration with French rap artist Leto, a track with Dutch DJ and producer Don Diablo, and a dancehall record alongside Skillibeng and Vybz Kartel.
Her debut studio album, Island 54, was released in June 2024 – and, having been released after the January 1, 2024 cut-off, is not included in the HarbourView deal.
The Stefflon Don acquisition is the latest in a string of catalog deals for HarbourView, which was founded in 2021 by Sherrese Clarke with backing from Apollo Global Management.
Other artists in the HarbourView portfolio include Kelly Clarkson, T-Pain, Nelly, Wiz Khalifa, Fleetwood Mac‘s Christine McVie, and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins.
According to its press release, HarbourView says it has amassed approximately $3.88 billion in regulatory assets under management and built a portfolio of 70+ music catalogs, encompassing what it says is a catalog of approximately 41,000+ songs across both master recordings and publishing income streams.Music Business Worldwide
