MUMBAI: Akasa Air has launched each day direct flights between Mumbai and Kuwait Metropolis, the capital of Kuwait. The inaugural flight was operated on Aug 23. It departed Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Worldwide Airport in Mumbai at 7.50 pm and arrived at Kuwait Worldwide Airport in Kuwait Metropolis at 10 pm, native time.
“In an occasion held at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Worldwide Airport to flag off the maiden flight, a ceremonial lamp was lit within the presence of members of Akasa Air’s Govt Committee and a particular boarding move was offered to the primary passenger on the inaugural flight,” the airline mentioned.
