The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to arrange a special train to evacuate the players, staff, and broadcast crew in Dharamsala, after the PBKS vs DC, IPL 2025 match was called off due to security reasons on Thursday, May 8.

“BCCI to arrange special train from Una to evacuate players, support staff and broadcast crew tomorrow from Dharamsala. The ground has been evacuated and a call on the IPL will be taken tomorrow. Players’ safety will not be compromised,” says BCCI sources.

The tensions have been escalating between India and Pakistan at the border areas, and Jammu has reportedly been put on red alert, with many areas facing a blackout.
