A former deputy superintendent of RG Kar Medical Faculty and Hospital on Wednesday moved the Calcutta Excessive Courtroom, in search of an ED investigation towards its ex-principal Sandip Ghosh, alleging monetary irregularities by him throughout his tenure on the state-run facility.
Justice Rajarshi Bharadwaj granted permission to Akhtar Ali to file the petition, in search of an order directing the Enforcement Directorate to probe alleged monetary irregularities towards Ghosh.
Ali had earlier claimed that he had complained towards Ghosh in 2023 to the West Bengal authorities authorities.
