Lexus India reported a 19 per cent growth in FY25, compared to the year-ago period, demonstrating its expanding presence in the Indian luxury car market. The company also saw a strong first quarter in 2025, with a 17 per cent sales increase compared to the same period in 2024.
March sales
March 2025 was a record-breaking month for Lexus India, with a 61 per cent sales increase compared to March 2024. The company attributes this success to the popularity of its NX and LM models, strong customer interest in the LX, and the introduction of its new Lexus Luxury Care service package. The RX model maintained stable performance, contributing to the overall positive results.
The combined SUV lineup of NX and RX models demonstrated robust growth, with a 63 per cent increase in sales compared to March 2024. The LM model continued to perform well, indicating sustained customer interest. Additionally, the recently announced bookings for the LX model generated strong positive demand.
