Ola Electric has announced the launch of Hyper Delivery, an initiative that enables same-day registration and delivery of vehicles. The pilot programme has commenced in Bengaluru and will be expanded across India in a phased manner during this quarter, the company said. With this, customers can now complete their purchase online or at an Ola Electric store and ride home on a fully registered vehicle within hours.
Automation for faster registration
The electric two-wheeler maker has been focusing on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into its operations, and the company has automated many steps in the vehicle registration process and brought it entirely in-house, eliminating middlemen and streamlining the overall experience.
By leveraging AI, Ola Electric has significantly reduced processing times, making the registration and delivery process smoother and more efficient.
A spokesperson for Ola Electric stated: “We have significantly cut the processing time of registering the vehicles through AI-led automation and by moving the registration process completely in-house. We are excited to announce #HyperDelivery which has completely transformed the vehicle purchase & delivery experience in the automotive segment. With this we are ensuring a much smoother purchase experience for our customers, eliminating tedious purchase processes and longer delivery timelines.”
