The domestic stock markets are likely to open in green on the back of positive global cues. Wall Street indexes bounced back from recent losses on Wednesday due to easing concerns over a default by China’s Evergrande. Shares in Asia-Pacific were mixed in Thursday morning trade as investors continue monitoring the situation surrounding China Evergrande Group. And trends on SGX Nifty indicate a positive opening for the markets back home. At 7:30 am, the Nifty futures were trading with gains of 107 points or 0.97 per cent on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
On Wednesday, the BSE Sensex had declined 77.94 points and NSE Nifty had shed 15.30 points.
