Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Ltd. has partnered with Flipkart to facilitate online bookings for Suzuki motorcycles and scooters. The collaboration is aimed at offering hassle-free digital buying experience to the customers.
According to the company’s statement, customers from eight Indian states–Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Meghalaya and Mizoram,–would be able to book Suzuki models like Avenis scooter, Gixxer motorcycle series and V-Strom SX from Flipkart.
“As more customers now prefer digital platforms for their purchases, we are committed to meeting them where they are. By associating with Flipkart, we are leveraging the growing digital ecosystem to offer customers a convenient and trusted platform to explore and buy Suzuki two-wheelers. We believe this move will further strengthen our reach and customer engagement in the Indian market,” Deepak Mutreja – vice president, sales & marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said.
Focus on customer convenience
Keeping in mind the greater customer convenience, once the booking for preferred variant online is done by the customer, the nearest authorised dealership will be there to assist with the documentation process, and upon completion of registration, customers can take the delivery of their new Suzuki two-wheeler.
