Shares of Adani Complete Fuel rallied 8 per cent on Monday, April 1, after the corporate introduced commencing manufacturing at Barsana Biogas plant section 1, positioned within the Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh.

The Barsana Biogas Challenge has three challenge phases and would attain the general capability of 600 tons per day (TPD) of feedstock, producing over 42 TPD of Compressed Bio Fuel (CBG) and 217 TPD of natural fertiliser upon full commissioning, Adani Complete Fuel mentioned.

“This plant shall be India’s largest agri waste-based bio-CNG plant upon reaching full design capability at phase-3,” the corporate added.

The fee for all three challenge phases for the Barsana Biogas plant could be in extra of Rs 200 crore. That is ATBL’s first CBG manufacturing facility. Along with producing CBG, the plant yields natural fertiliser.

Adani Complete Fuel shares opened on the BSE on Monday at Rs 947 apiece, displaying a 2.4 per cent rise from its earlier closing of Rs 925.45. The bullish pattern continued because the inventory surged by round 8 per cent to the touch an intraday excessive of Rs 1,000 per share. The acquire has pushed the corporate’s market capitalisation to over Rs 1 lakh crore.
