It mentioned a “important terrorist operative” and different members of the Hamas-aligned group had been planning assaults towards Israel. Hours later, Hezbollah mentioned it retaliated towards the airstrike by firing dozens of rockets on the northern Israeli metropolis of Kiryat Shmona and a navy base there.
