Actors Bae In Hyuk, Kim Ji Eun, Jung Gun Joo, and DKZ’s Jaechan are all set to grace the screens in Channel A’s upcoming historic romance drama, titled Examine In Hanyang (working title). The drama is ready to take viewers on a journey again to the Joseon Dynasty, the place the lives and romantic adventures of younger interns at Yongcheonlu, the grand inn in Joseon, happen. Bae In Hyuk’s character, Prince Lee Eun, is a person with a mission. Disguised as Lee Eun Ho, he infiltrates Yongcheonlu, carrying with him a secret agenda. Nevertheless, his royal upbringing proves exhausting to hide as he struggles to adapt to the inn’s setting, typically discovering himself at odds with the strict teacher, Hong Deok Soo, portrayed by Kim Ji Eun.
Kim Ji Eun’s portrayal of Hong Deok Soo provides an intriguing layer to the drama. As the final supervisor of Yongcheonlu, Hong Deok Soo is a lady who clothes as a person.
