A fireplace broke out in elements of Kadugodi forest right here on Sunday with thick smoke seen rising from the spot, officers from the Hearth and Emergency Providers Division stated.
Officers have deployed three fireplace combating automobiles to the spot which is reportedly close to the Worldwide Expertise Park Restricted (ITPL) in Whitefield, they stated.
”The fireplace was reported at round 2.05 pm. Three automobiles on the spot. Hearth is contained in the forest space. Dry leaves, bushes and grass might need caught fireplace attributable to summer time, however we’re but to establish the precise purpose. It could take some extra time to douse the hearth utterly,” an official stated.
Public needn’t fear or panic, the official added.
