Indian Institute of Expertise (IIT) Roorkee has inked a memorandum of understanding with US-headquartered know-how firm Micron to assist foster innovation and develop a extremely expert native workforce, a transfer aimed toward supporting India’s objective of self-reliance within the semiconductor sector and the strengthening of the general electronics ecosystem.

The Micron Semiconductor Lab, arrange on the Division of Electronics and Communication Engineering, IIT Roorkee, will prioritise technical abilities, processes and sources wanted for IIT Roorkee to adapt and thrive by pupil internships and fellowships whereas recognising the significance of native technical experience.
