Russia Says Ukraine Tried To Strike Zaporizhzhia Plant Again With Drone

Reactor No. 6 is at the moment shut down, in response to the plant.

Moscow:

The Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia nuclear energy station stated on Monday {that a} Ukrainian drone was shot down over the roof of Reactor No. 6.

“At this time, a kamikaze drone was shot down over the plant. It fell on the roof of Unit 6,” the plant stated, under an image of reactor No. 6.

Reactor No. 6 is at the moment shut down, in response to the plant.

Russia stated Ukraine struck the Zaporizhzhia nuclear energy station managed by Russian forces 3 times on Sunday and demanded the West reply, although Kyiv stated it had nothing to do with the assaults.

Russian forces took management of the plant in 2022 shortly after their full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Each Moscow and Kyiv have repeatedly accused one another of risking a nuclear accident by attacking the plant.
