Julian Blake, one of many attorneys for the inquiry, revealed an e-mail from Ms Vennells from 2013 during which she requested her “engineer/laptop literate” husband: “What’s a non-emotive phrase for laptop bugs, glitches, defects that occur as a matter in fact?”
