NYPD officer Deputy Commissioner Kaz Daughtry re-hoisted the American flag and in addition led an impromptu ceremony to mark the occasion.

New York Police Division officers re-hoisted the American flag on the Metropolis Faculty of New York (CCNY) on Tuesday per week after anti-Israel protesters eliminated it and changed it with a Palestinian flag on the Harlem Heights campus.

The video of the flag being re-hoisted was shared by NYPD Deputy Commissioner Kaz Daughtry. He described the second as an ‘unimaginable scene and proud second’.

“An unimaginable scene and proud second as we now have assisted @CityCollegeNY in restoring order on campus, culminating in elevating Previous Glory as soon as once more on their campus flagpole,” NYPD Deputy Commissioner Kaz Daughtry wrote on X.

Professional-Palestinian protesters hoisted the flag ultimately week quickly after they arrange an encampment on the public institute.

NYPD officers have been seen standing atop the bottom of the flagpole as they eliminated the Palestinian flag, ripped it from the rope and tossed it onto the group. Daughtry then raised the American flag and held an impromptu ceremony.

Not very distant, following requests from the Columbia College officers, NYPD officers mounted a tall ladder on a strengthened truck to penetrate the Hamilton Corridor which was taken over by pro-Palestinian protesters.
