Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding festivities will start from March 1 to March 3, 2024.

As Jamnagar gets ready to roll out the red carpet for the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, all eyes are on the bride-to-be.
Radhika is the younger daughter of Viren Merchant, CEO of Encore Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., and entrepreneur Shaila Merchant. A political and economics graduate from New York University, she is a Director at Encore Healthcare Private Limited.
Radhika’s pursuits are not limited to business. She is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer who received her training under Guru Bhavan Thakar of Shree Nibha Arts dance academy of Mumbai.
Radhika’s ‘arangetram’ or ‘ascent to the stage’ in 2022 saw both the Ambani and Merchant families turn up in full strength along with their friends from the world of business, arts and entertainment.
Radhika will be the second Bharatnatyam proponent in the Ambani family after Nita Ambani, who is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and continues to perform despite her tremendous national and international responsibilities.
Anant and Radhika got engaged in a traditional ceremony in January 2023 at the family’s residence Antilia in Mumbai. They are set to tie the knot later this year in Mumbai.
Among those expected to attend the function are Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Morgan Stanley CEO Ted Pick, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Disney CEO Bob Iger, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, Adnoc CEO Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, and EL Rothschild chair Lynn Forester de Rothschild.
The guests will get a taste of India’s rich culture and heritage at the pre-wedding festivities of the couple. They will also receive traditional scarves made by women artisans from Kachchh and Lalpur in Gujarat.
