Gogglebox star George Gilbey had been engaged on a roof when he fell to his demise by a plastic skylight, an inquest has been informed.
The 40-year-old suffered traumatic accidents to his head and torso and died on the scene in Shoeburyness, Essex, on 27 March, the listening to in Chelmsford was informed.
The inquest was opened on Monday and suspended after a request from Essex Police pending the result of a felony investigation.
Essex senior coroner Lincoln Brookes granted the request and stated the matter could be reviewed in 4 months’ time.
