Interested customers can reserve or purchase the CBU-routed motorcycle from an authorized dealership or online via Honda’s official website.

Launched last month at the starting price of Rs 5.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), Honda finally started accepting official bookings for the tech-loaded NX500. Interested customers can reserve or purchase the CBU-routed motorcycle from an authorized dealership. The same also can be done online via Honda’s official website.

The vehicle has been introduced as the replacement of CB500X in the ADV line-up. It was revealed last year at EICMA 2023, giving an overall idea to all the enthusiasts about the feature-loaded two-wheeler.

Honda NX500 Engine and Power

Talking about the powertrain first, it comes with a trusted 471cc parallel-twin engine. It has been claimed that this unit generates a max power of 47 bhp at 8,600 rpm and 43 Nm peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The powerhouse is mated with a 6-speed gearbox, featuring a slipper clutch as well.

What’s So Special?

To make it superior in the segment, the motorcycle has been treated with some robust technology. It now gets a crank counterweight and balancer shaft, allowing the riders to experience less vibrations while going crazy with throttle.

The bike has been created to perform well on multiple terrains, and the single seating arrangement is there to provide a comfortable riding experience on every mile.

Suspension Setup

When it comes to handling, the bike gets a 41 mm Showa upside-down fork at the front, while the rear has been treated with a mono-shock. On the breaking system, the vehicle is controlled by a dual-channel ABS.

The front end is equipped with 296 mm discs, while the rear gets mm discs. Now, the vehicle runs on stylish lightweight alloy wheels, unleashing robust stability on the road.
