Parineeti Chopra, who essays the position of Amarjot Kaur in Amar Singh Chamkila, has opened up on the enjoyable she had whereas capturing for the film beneath the steering of director Imtiaz Ali. The crew of Amar Singh Chamkila Diljit Dosanjh, Parineeti, and Imtiaz appeared on the stage of The Nice Indian Kapil Present within the current episode. Speaking about her expertise portraying Amarjot’s position, Parineeti shared: “Below Imtiaz’s steering, the quantity of enjoyable I’ve had capturing this movie with all of the meals and parathas he has fed me, I do not suppose I’ll have a lot enjoyable doing some other movie.”
On her transformation for the position, the 35-year-old actress added: “There isn’t any enjoyable in wanting like your personal self in a biopic. I gained 15 kg instantly as a result of I wished to appear like Amarjot. She carried out at exhibits throughout her being pregnant, and I needed to look the half.”
The movie charts the untold true story of Punjab’s unique rockstar of the plenty, the best record-selling artist of his time, Amar Singh Chamkila, sometimes called the ‘Elvis Presley of Punjab’.
