In the meantime, the police have imposed visitors restrictions within the metropolis in view of the upcoming Indian Premier League 2024 match between Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals at Wankhede Stadium. The given matches can be held in Mumbai on April 1 and April 7.
As per the advisory, issued by Mumbai visitors police on X, All varieties of automobiles besides emergency automobiles shall be prohibited on April 1 and seven from 12.00 midday to 11:55 PM. The advisory additionally states that spectators should use public conveyance to commute as a result of absence of parking amenities on the stadium and in addition as private automobiles might result in visitors congestion within the space.
