Sky Cellular was down for some clients on Thursday, with folks experiencing points with 3G, 4G and 5G providers.

Customers reported not having the ability to use the web following outages within the night. There had been points within the morning too.

One person on X wrote: “I’ve a cellphone that will not work for something if I flip off my WiFi and I want to go away for work quickly.”

One other mentioned: “Is there one thing up with #skymobile… having points this morning and do not know why.”

Downdetector, which measures outages, confirmed 1000’s of individuals had reported points.

A complete of 79% of these customers reported issues with their telephones, whereas 20% had points accessing the web and a pair of% had issues with their TV.

Sky Cellular acknowledged a problem on X on Thursday morning and it was later mounted.

Nevertheless, Sky Cellular later posted to say it was conscious clients had been going through additional issues.

Simply after 6pm, it mentioned: “We’re conscious that some Sky Cellular clients are experiencing points with their 3G/4G/5G providers.

“We’re investigating the problem and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this can be inflicting.”
