A loaf of bread has always been an essential part of many households. But it is hard to imagine eating a bread slice without a spread. How would you react if we told you that we have a loaf of bread, so delicious that you can relish it simply like a dessert? The Internet has brought forth a video showing the making of water roux bread in a Japanese bakery named Sakimoti Bakery. What is so special about it? Well, the bakery has added a new seasonal flavour called “cranberry chocolate white bread” and watching its making we instantly want to grab a big bite. The video begins with a text, saying “Best chocolate bread in Tokyo and Osaka.” It shows the chef preparing a chocolate, cranberry and choco-chip infused dough. They measure the dough to prepare bread loaves that weigh equally. Next, the chef puts the dough in a machine that creates a circular shape and now is the time to put it in that massive size oven. While they are kept to cool down, a worker can be seen imprinting the brand’s name on the loaves.

Some even called this mouth-watering. “What a difference: choc bread made in Tokyo, Japan looks so mouth-watering!!!! The cleanliness is next level.
