NEW DELHI: The Sri Lankan cricket board on Wednesday introduced a 17-man T20 squad for the upcoming tour of Bangladesh, with Wanindu Hasaranga main the workforce regardless of his current suspension.
The 26-year-old skipper won’t take part within the first two matches of the three-match event because of his Worldwide Cricket Council (ICC) ban. Hasaranga obtained the penalty for verbally abusing an umpire throughout a T20 match in opposition to Afghanistan.
