NCP (SP) chief Sharad Pawar on Saturday stated he’ll guarantee democratic protests in each taluka of Maharashtra if his social gathering’s candidate from Satara, Shashikant Shinde, was arrested.  Talking at a rally right here, Pawar stated a case was registered towards Shinde within the “APMC FSI matter” on Friday evening.

“Try is being made to bar him from contesting elections. If that occurs and he’s arrested, I’ll be sure that every taluka (tehsil) protests in a democratic method,” the veteran politician stated.
