Warner Music Central Europe has launched Warner Records Germany, a frontline label based in Berlin.
Lea Londa has been appointed Director of the label.
She reports to Jean-Sebastien ‘Seb’ Permal, SVP of A&R, EMEA and Central Europe, according to an announcement issued on Tuesday (September 1).
Warner said the new label’s roster includes Udo Lindenberg, Provinz, LINA, and Yasola.
Warner Records Germany bridges “the uncompromising excellence of its legendary US heritage with the raw, cultural heart of the German market,” the company said.
Warner said Londa is a 16-year industry veteran who has spent more than a decade at the company in Germany, rising from Media Manager to Marketing Director.
She has run promotional campaigns across various genres, working on releases by Coldplay, Enya, Ed Sheeran, and Linkin Park.
On the domestic side, she led the campaign behind Udo Lindenberg and Apache 207‘s Komet, which holds the record for the longest-running No.1 single in German chart history.
Warner also credited her with supporting the breakthrough of Provinz, with campaigns that delivered Gold and Platinum awards for Robin Schulz, and with developing MilleniumKid.

Warner Records Germany joins Atlantic Records Germany, the Berlin-based frontline label that Warner launched in December 2021 with a focus on German hip-hop.
WMG combined its Benelux and GSA recorded music businesses under the Warner Music Central Europe banner in October 2025, with Walboomers named President of the expanded region.
Those six territories – the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria – make up the third-largest recorded music market in the world after the US and Japan, according to WMG, based on IFPI trade revenue figures.
The company launched Spinnin’ Records Germany in April 2026, extending its Dutch dance label into the GSA market.
Permal then joined WMG from Sony Music in June 2026, in a newly created role covering domestic frontline activity across Central Europe and A&R strategy across EMEA.
The launch follows comparable moves elsewhere in WMG‘s international network.
In Italy, WMG launched Warner Records Italy and Atlantic Records Italy in October 2025, in an overhaul of its frontline label structure there.
Warner Music Finland then launched Atlantic Records Finland in May 2026, led by Fredi Lundén and Kristiina Wheeler.
Warner Records is jointly led by Bay-Schuck and Corson, who was promoted to COO of WMG in July 2026 and remains at the label through a transition period.Music Business Worldwide
