Apple Corps Ltd., the company that manages The Beatles‘ creative and business interests, is turning 3 Savile Row – the London building where the band recorded Let It Be and played their final rooftop concert – into a permanent, ticketed visitor attraction.
The Beatles at 3 Savile Row, due to open in 2027, will give the public access to the building for the first time.
The seven-floor venue will feature previously unseen material from Apple Corps‘ archives, rotating exhibitions, a fan store, and a recreation of the basement studio where Let It Be was recorded.
Visitors will also be able to stand on the rooftop where The Beatles – John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr – performed live for the last time on January 30, 1969.
That concert was later immortalized in Peter Jackson‘s 2021 documentary Get Back, which won five Emmy Awards.
3 Savile Row, in London’s Mayfair, served as one of Apple Corps‘ earliest headquarters from the late 1960s.
The announcement was made on Monday (May 11) by Apple Corps, which was founded by The Beatles in 1968.

Apple Corps said that further details of The Beatles at 3 Savile Row – as well as a second experience currently in development – will be announced in due course.

The announcement comes during a period of renewed activity for Apple Corps under Greene, who was appointed CEO in September 2025 – only the third chief executive in the company’s history.
Earlier this year, Apple Corps restructured its executive team with four new hires and two internal promotions, spanning marketing, finance, retail, and strategy.
A four-film Beatles cinematic event, directed by Sam Mendes, is set for theatrical release in April 2028 through Sony Pictures Entertainment and Neal Street Productions.
The project marks the first time Apple Corps and The Beatles have granted full life story and music rights for a scripted film.
It will star Harris Dickinson as John Lennon, Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Joseph Quinn as George Harrison and Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr.
On the music side, The Beatles‘ 2023 single Now And Then – built from a demo recorded by Lennon in the late 1970s and completed with AI-assisted technology – reached No. 1 in the UK and won a Grammy for Best Rock Performance in February 2025.
The single was also nominated for a BRIT Award for Song of the Year – the band’s first BRIT nomination since 1983.Music Business Worldwide
