“We have now gone by means of the Healing Petitions and the related paperwork. In our opinion, no case is made out inside the parameters indicated within the determination of this Courtroom in Rupa Ashok Hurra vs Ashok Hurra,” the bench noticed.

The healing pleas sought bail for the AAP chief in reference to the Delhi liquor coverage rip-off, the place he’s dealing with expenses registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Directorate of Enforcement (ED).
