Tens of 1000’s of individuals have been evacuated from areas prone to being submerged in water throughout Kazakhstan and Russia. Quick-melting snow and ice have led to surging rivers alongside the border areas of each nations, inflicting floods in cities and roadsTASS reported on April 10 that the variety of individuals evacuated as a result of flooding in Russia’s Orenburg area has grown to over 7,700.
